Our House Magazines
Over the 30 years of the Fifty Fund and Class 50 Society we have produced regular magazines. Some issues are still available from stock, while other issues have sold out and are now even trading on eBay!
In the begining there was The Fifty Fund Bulletin and Class 50 Forum, but as The Fund got closer to and eventually merged with Project Defiance a joint publication Class 50 News was born. The more recent magazines are full colour throughout, but earlier issues have a colour cover and monochrome inside pages or are monochrome throughout.
In these pages, many subjects have been covered from railtours, to how individual sub-systems of the locos work, and from operational experience and individual reminiscences to histories of class members no longer with us.
These when collected together form a fascinating archive of our activities and an insight into our favourite locomotives.
So if your collection is incomplete, here is your chance to bring it up to date.
